Free return/exchange (we bear round-trip shipping) for verified quality issues:
- Loose/fraying stitching, fabric damage/tearing (non-human caused)
- Unusable/detached zippers, buckles or other accessories
- Significant color/style differences from order description
- Other issues meeting national product quality standards
2.2 Returns and Exchanges for Personal Reasons
For non-quality issues (preference, size mismatch), you must meet all basic prerequisites and:
- Bear round-trip shipping costs; pay price difference for exchanges (if applicable)
- Refund amount deducts applied discounts/coupons (based on actual payment)
- We reserve the right to refuse or deduct repair fees for used/missing/damaged products
3. Return and Exchange Process
